Deep Medicine Acquisition Corp. has entered into an amended merger agreement and plan of merger with DMAC Merger Sub Inc., Bright Vision Sponsor LLC, TruGolf, Inc., and Christopher Jones. They have also executed loan agreements with various investors for a total investment of $11,000,000.
