Thryv Holdings, Inc. has entered into a merger agreement to acquire Infusion Software, Inc. (Keap) for $80 million and announced a $75 million equity offering, while also reporting a non-cash impairment charge of $83.1 million due to strategic changes in its Marketing Services business.
