On May 28, 2025, Gas Transporter of the South Inc. agreed to a Forward Contract with Pampa Energía S.A. for purchasing 900 dam³/d of gas at an average price of $2.46/MMbtu from May 2025 to April 2026. This transaction was approved by the Board following a review by the Audit Committee, confirming it was conducted on an arm's length basis.
