Treasure Global Inc entered into an agreement with YA II PN, Ltd, in which they made a payment of $1,000,000 and an additional payment of $500,000. YA agreed not to sell any shares of common stock below $1.00, except in certain circumstances. Subsequent monthly payments on Convertible Debentures will be deferred until November 28, 2023.
