Ms. Gail Lehmann, formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Regulatory and Governance Officer of Triumph Financial, Inc., ceased to serve as the Company's Chief Regulatory and Governance Officer and will remain with the Company in a position focused on special projects and facilities management.
