Teva Pharmaceutical Industries has reached a nationwide settlement agreement to resolve the majority of opioids-related claims brought against the company by various states and subdivisions, and will pay up to $4.25 billion over 13 years. They have also reached a separate settlement with the state of Nevada, agreeing to pay $193 million over 20 years.
