On May 20, 2025, Sizzle Acquisition Corp. II announced that starting May 23, 2025, holders of its initial public offering Units can trade their Class A Ordinary Shares and Rights separately on the Nasdaq under the symbols SZZL and SZZLR. These Units consist of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of a Class A ordinary share upon a future business combination.
