Symbotic Inc. has entered into a Framework Agreement with Sunlight Investment Corp., SVF II Strategic Investments AIV LLC, and GreenBox Systems LLC, forming GreenBox as a joint venture to build and automate global supply chain networks by leveraging the company's A.I. technology for warehouses. Additionally, The RBC Millennium Trust and the Richard B. Cohen Revocable Trust will sell 17,825,312 shares of Symbotic to SVF for $500 million.
