On June 10, 2025, Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. appointed Nicholas Grindstaff as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 10, 2025, succeeding Ronald A. Ballschmiede, who will assist until his retirement later this year. Grindstaff will receive a base salary of $600,000 and a sign-on bonus of $200,000, among other compensation benefits.
