Stellar Bancorp, Inc.'s Board of Directors has elected Cynthia Dopjera to the board, effective July 20, 2023. Having previously served in leadership roles for various banks and as a member and Chair of the Audit Committee for its subsidiary, Stellar Bank, Ms. Dopjera is deemed qualified for her new director role and to serve on the Company's Audit Committee.
