Tamara Joseph, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Spero Therapeutics, is stepping down from her position to pursue other interests, effective March 6, 2024. She will receive severance payments and a pro-rated cash bonus, and will continue to provide consulting services to the company.
