Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. appointed Raymond E. Mabus, Jr. and Diana S. Strandberg as directors to fill vacancies on the Board, increasing the size of the Board to 11 directors. Evan Lovell was appointed as Chair of the Board and Mr. Mabus was appointed as the Company's Lead Independent Director.
