On July 16, 2025, Schlumberger Limited completed the acquisition of ChampionX Corporation in an all-stock deal where each ChampionX share was exchanged for 0.735 shares of Schlumberger's stock. This merger makes ChampionX a wholly owned subsidiary of Schlumberger and was finalized under the terms of a merger agreement dated April 2, 2024.
