On June 6, 2025, Skye Bioscience, Inc. held its Annual Meeting, where stockholders elected six directors and approved executive compensation plans. Additionally, Marcum LLP resigned as the independent auditor and CBIZ CPAs was appointed effective immediately, following Marcum's acquisition on November 1, 2024.
