Skye Bioscience, Inc. subsidiary, Emerald Health Therapeutics, Inc., entered into a stock purchase agreement to sell its real estate asset to C3 Souvenir Holding, Inc. for approximately USD$9,410,000, with a reduction in purchase price and adjusted payment terms in an amendment to the agreement.
