Tanger Inc. has launched a new at-the-market offering program to sell up to $400 million in common shares, replacing a previous program that had $34.5 million remaining, effective February 24, 2025. The prior program resulted in the sale of 4,478,110 shares for approximately $145.7 million and forward sales of 1,915,762 shares worth about $69.7 million.
