Skillsoft Corp. has filed an amendment to its certificate of incorporation to limit the liability of its officers and directors for breach of fiduciary duty, with exceptions. The amendment was approved at the annual meeting of stockholders on July 20, 2023 along with other proposals including the election of Class II Directors and the ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2024.
