San Juan Basin Royalty Trust entered into a Settlement Agreement with Hilcorp San Juan, resulting in a payment of $1,037,093.45 to resolve disputed expenses from 2017-2020. They also entered into an Amendment to modify certain terms of the Conveyance. A press release was issued regarding these agreements.
