On September 5, 2025, Sirius XM Holdings Inc. expanded its Board of Directors from nine to ten members by appointing Dave Stephenson, effective September 18, 2025. Stephenson, previously an executive at Airbnb, will bring valuable experience and insight to the board, especially in technology and e-commerce.
