Shake Shack Inc. entered into a cooperation agreement with Engaged Capital, LLC and appointed Jeffrey D. Lawrence as a director. Amendments were made to the Stockholders Agreement. Mr. Lawrence's appointment and the Cooperation Agreement were announced in a press release.
