Signing Day Sports, Inc. has entered into an agreement to sell up to $2,709,817 of its common stock through H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, with no obligation to sell any shares. The sales will occur at the company's discretion under the terms of the At The Market Offering Agreement.
