Lottery.com Inc. (now SEGG Media) has entered into agreements to acquire 12.4% to 51% ownership in Veloce Media Group with a total payment of approximately $7.6 million USD, starting on July 11, 2025. The first payment of £2 million ($2.68 million) will secure a 4.74% stake, and a second tranche will follow requiring at least £1.18 million ($1.59 million) in cash.
