Scholastic Corp announces the departure of Ms. Rosamund M. Else-Mitchell as Executive Vice President and President, Education Solutions, and the appointment of Ms. Elizabeth Polcari as her successor. Kenneth J. Cleary will also be resigning as Chief Financial Officer.
