Southern California Edison Company agreed to sell $500,000,000 principal amount of its 4.875% First and Refunding Mortgage Bonds, Series 2024A, Due 2027 and $900,000,000 principal amount of its 5.20% First and Refunding Mortgage Bonds, Series 2024B, Due 2034.
