Southside Bancshares held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, where shareholders voted on the election of directors, say-on-pay vote, and ratification of appointment of independent registered certified public accounting firm. Donald W. Thedford retired as Vice-Chair of the Board and H.J. Shands, III was selected as the new Vice-Chair.
