On September 19, 2025, Sinclair, Inc. amended the employment agreement of COO Robert Weisbord, extending his contract to Dec 31, 2027, with a base salary of $1,000,000 and potential bonuses totaling up to $2,400,000 annually, plus stock grants. A special longevity bonus of $5 million may also be granted under certain conditions.
