Banco Santander, S.A. reported that from November 20 to November 26, 2025, it purchased shares totaling approximately 1.35 billion Euros, representing about 15.1% of its outstanding shares as of 2021. This buyback is in accordance with its approved buyback program announced earlier in July 2025.
