On October 13, 2025, Rayonier Inc. announced it has entered into a merger agreement with PotlatchDeltic Corporation, involving an all-stock merger of equals where each share of PotlatchDeltic will convert to 1.7339 shares of Rayonier. A special dividend of $1.40 per share will also be paid on December 12, 2025, to record holders.
