On October 1, 2025, Reliance, Inc. announced the appointment of John G. Sznewajs as an independent director, increasing its Board from eight to nine members. Sznewajs, aged 58, was previously CFO of Masco Corporation and currently serves on CMS Energy’s audit and finance committees.
