On August 20, 2025, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. announced the departure of its Chief People Officer, Meghan Spuler, effective immediately. As part of her severance agreement, she will receive $375,000 over 12 months and a pro-rata portion of her bonus for fiscal year 2025.
