On July 7, 2025, Rimini Street, Inc. reached a settlement with Oracle, resolving ongoing litigation which will result in Oracle returning approximately $37.8 million in attorneys' fees to Rimini. This agreement allows Rimini to wind down its support services for Oracle PeopleSoft software, which generated about $30 million in annual revenue.
