Rambus Inc. and SK hynix Inc. have entered into Amendment No. 2 to their Semiconductor Patent License Agreement, extending the duration of SK hynix's product license for memory and semiconductor products for an additional ten years until July 1, 2034, with expected average quarterly payments of approximately $11,000,000 USD.
