Rambus Inc. and Cadence Design Systems, Inc. have entered into an asset purchase agreement where Rambus will sell certain assets and Cadence will assume certain liabilities, relating to Rambus SerDes and memory interface PHY IP business, for $110 million cash. This deal, expected to close in Q3 of 2023, also includes non-competition restrictions for five years.
