On March 2, 2026, Regional Management Corp. entered into a Program Management Agreement with Column National Association for a new lending program, where Column will provide loans while Regional Management will manage the program. The agreement includes monthly financial covenants and a term until March 31, 2031, renewable for two-year terms unless terminated by either party.
