Transocean Ltd. announced a 1,156-day contract extension with Petrobras for the Deepwater Corcovado, contributing approximately $445 million in incremental backlog and extending the rig's commitment through November 2030. Additionally, there will be a $20 million reduction in existing backlog during the initial phase from April 1, 2026, until the new contract starts in September 2027.
