RF Acquisition Corp II has amended its Trust Agreement to extend the deadline for completing a business combination from November 15, 2025, allowing up to nine one-month extensions until August 15, 2026. Shareholders also approved the redemption of 6,668,735 shares, resulting in approximately $71.58 million being withdrawn from the Trust Account, leaving about $51.86 million remaining.
