Red Cat Holdings, Inc. closed the sale of its subsidiaries Rotor Riot, LLC and Fat Shark Holdings, Ltd. to Unusual Machines, Inc. for a total consideration of $20 million, consisting of cash, a promissory note, and UMAC common stock.
