On November 5, 2025, Viewbix Inc. entered into a non-binding term sheet to acquire 100% of Quantum X Labs Ltd. and will issue 65% of its capital stock in exchange for the acquisition. Additionally, the company is raising approximately $3 million through a private placement of 800,000 shares of common stock at $3.75 each.
