Pixelworks, Inc. has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to sell its subsidiary, Pixelworks Shanghai, for approximately $133 million, with the sale expected to close by December 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval. The sale could net Pixelworks between $50 million to $60 million after expenses.
