On July 25, 2025, Quanta Services, Inc. completed the acquisition of Dynamic Systems, LLC for up to $1.566 billion, which includes $1.35 billion in base payment and an earnout of up to $216 million based on performance targets. This transaction was finalized through a Purchase Agreement with FGI Group, Inc.
