Prudential PLC has launched a USD 1.2 billion share buyback program to reduce share capital, starting from January 6, 2026, and expected to complete by December 18, 2026. This initiative aims to enhance shareholder value as part of a broader capital management strategy to return over USD 5 billion to shareholders from 2024 to 2027.
