PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation has entered into an underwriting agreement to sell 1,923,076 shares of its common stock at $91.00 per share, raising approximately $163.8 million in net proceeds after expenses. The underwriters also have an option to purchase an additional 288,461 shares within 30 days.
