ProAssurance Corporation announced that on July 2, 2025, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission approved the early termination of the waiting period for their merger with The Doctors Company, which will finalize in the first half of 2026, subject to more approvals. The merger agreement was initially announced on March 19, 2025.
