Pluri Inc. has appointed Mr. Eitan Ajchenbaum as a new board member effective September 10, 2025, following the end of Doron Birger's term. Mr. Ajchenbaum, a CPA with over 30 years of experience, will also serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee and is recognized as an audit committee financial expert.
