Pluri Inc. has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement for a private placement offering of approximately 1.4 million common shares at $4.61 each, raising about $6.5 million, and appointed Mr. Alejandro Weinstein to its Board of Directors. Additionally, they plan to acquire 71% of Kokomodo Ltd. for $4.5 million in common shares, subject to shareholder approval and other conditions.
