Plug Power Inc. has accelerated its special meeting of stockholders to February 12, 2026, from the previously scheduled February 17, 2026, to vote on Proposals 1 and 2; the meeting was originally convened on January 29, 2026. All stakeholders from December 12, 2025, can participate with no changes to the proposals.
