Douglas Dynamics Inc. appointed Mark Van Genderen as President and CEO effective March 3, 2025, succeeding James L. Janik, who will remain as a non-employee director and Chairman of the Board. Van Genderen's new employment agreement includes a $700,000 annual salary and performance-based incentives.
