PEDEVCO Corp. and its subsidiaries completed a merger with North Peak Oil & Gas, LLC and Century Oil and Gas Sub-Holdings, LLC on October 31, 2025, resulting in the issuance of 10,650,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, which will convert into 106,500,000 common shares after 20 days from shareholder notification.
