Kevin B. McNeill has resigned as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, principal accounting officer and principal financial officer of Pure Cycle Corp, effective July 21, 2023. Marc S. Spezialy has been appointed in his place by the board of directors, effective from July 27, 2023. Spezialy was previously VP, Controller at Pulte Mortgage LLC, and has over 19 years of accounting and finance experience.
