Belpointe PREP, LLC entered into a $5 million loan agreement on March 3, 2026, to purchase property at 100 Tokeneke Road, and a related party made an additional $3.25 million loan. Both loans bear an interest rate of 3.6% and are convertible into Class A units of Tokeneke Partners.
